The kuwait aviation services company office believes deeply in the importance of the information technology and its vital role in developing the company and its departments. hence the office of information technology has been established with the aim of applying, using and coping with the technological development so that the company would gain a high status among governmental and private companies and establishments.
The office of information technology shoulders the responsibility of designing, applying, updating, supervising and maintaining the projects, systems, appliances and supplying all the needs the departments of the company in addition to providing the up-to-date technical support to improve and develop their performance.
The vocation of the office of information technology is to build the infra structure and develop automated systems to serve the staff inside the company and facilitate their communication with other companies. that includes providing high tech and advanced devices and equipment in order to sustain the quality in it services according to the visions, messages and aims of the company.
The office of information technology has two main sections:
1- operating & networks section.
2- system development section.
The aims of the ITO:
1- promoting the use of computers by all the staff members as basic work tools to carry out all the work of the departments of the company aiming to achieve accuracy and save time and efforts.
2- developing the technology and its means and tools to support the technical and managerial performance of the company
3- providing all the departments of the company with the correct and precise information as fast as possible.
4- supervising and following up all the projects related to the office of information technology.
